Come along and try out our Yoga classes. We promise that you will leave the room fully relaxed and stretched, lowered heart rate and wanting to come back for more.

​We believe in including yoga into a healthy balanced fitness program to help you achieve your yin and your yang.

Our classes are varied depending on the students needs and cycles of nature. Some will incorporate a Vinyasa flow style sequence, others will be more of a Hatha approach with holding the stretch and a focus on breathing techniques to allow a deeper stretch into the muscle.

The classes are held on:
Mondays 6:30pm and 7:30pm
Wednesdays 7:30pm
